1. Data controller

2. Information we process
Depending on the service and permissions granted, Moveez may process:
- account identifiers, usernames, profile information and authorized scopes;
- OAuth access and refresh tokens, authorization status and technical connection metadata;
- creator-owned photos, videos, captions, publication status and media metadata;
- comments, mentions and supported messages sent to connected accounts;
- draft replies, moderation actions, human approvals and audit records;
- security, diagnostic and operational logs.
3. Sources and platforms
Information comes from the account holder, authorized cloud storage and official APIs made available by platforms such as TikTok, Meta/Facebook, Instagram, Google Drive and Fanvue. The exact access depends on the permissions approved by each platform and granted by the account holder.
4. Purposes and legal bases
We process information to connect authorized accounts, organize media, prepare content, support publication workflows, surface comments or supported messages, assist replies and moderation, secure the service and diagnose technical issues. Processing is based on performance of the requested service, the account holder's authorization, our legitimate interests in security and reliable operations, and legal obligations where applicable.
5. TikTok data use
TikTok data is used only for approved functionality on authorized TikTok Business accounts, including basic account information, authorized media listing, comment review and approved comment-management actions. Moveez does not scrape TikTok, sell TikTok data, use it for unrelated advertising, or request private-messaging access through the present TikTok Business integration.
6. Meta, Facebook and Instagram data use
For Facebook Pages and Instagram professional accounts connected through Meta's official APIs, Moveez may process account and Page identifiers, names, authorized scopes, media and post identifiers, comments, mentions, message events voluntarily sent to the connected accounts, webhook events, and the operational actions needed to review or respond.
This information is used only to identify authorized business assets, display supported content and engagement, prepare or perform approved replies and moderation, support approved publishing workflows, secure the integration and maintain an audit trail. Moveez does not sell Meta data, use it for unrelated advertising, initiate unsolicited or bulk messages, or use it to train a general-purpose public AI model. 7. AI assistance and human review
AI may help analyze authorized content and prepare drafts or suggested replies. Platform data is not sold or used to train a general-purpose public AI model. Publishing, moderation and other sensitive operations remain subject to configured human approval and platform controls.
8. Sharing
Information may be shared with infrastructure and platform providers strictly as needed to operate the service, including the platform whose API is being used, hosting providers and authorized cloud-storage services. We do not sell personal information.
9. Security
We use access controls, encrypted transport, restricted credential storage, signature verification, least-privilege permissions and operational logging. OAuth secrets and tokens are not intentionally exposed in public pages, approval messages or public logs.
10. Retention
Credentials are retained while the integration remains authorized or until they expire or are revoked. Operational content and events are retained only as long as needed for the active workflow, security, troubleshooting and applicable legal requirements. Temporary media and diagnostic records are periodically removed or anonymized when no longer necessary.
11. Your choices and rights
Account holders may revoke platform access using the relevant platform settings. Subject to applicable law, individuals may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability and may object to certain processing. Send requests to contact@moveez-social.cloud or follow the data deletion instructions. We may request proportionate verification before acting.
12. International processing
Some providers may process information outside the European Economic Area. Where required, we rely on recognized safeguards and limit data to what is needed for the service.
13. Cookies
The public informational pages do not use non-essential advertising or analytics cookies. Essential security or session cookies may be used in authenticated integration areas.
14. Changes
We may update this policy to reflect service, legal or platform changes. The effective date above identifies the current version.
