1. Service
Moveez is a content and social media operations workspace. It may organize authorized media, prepare content, coordinate publication drafts and support engagement workflows using official platform APIs.
2. Authorized accounts
You may connect only accounts you own or are expressly authorized to manage. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of permissions, protecting your credentials and revoking access when it is no longer required.
3. User control
Where configured, proposed content, replies, moderation and other sensitive actions are subject to human review. Platform-specific confirmation may still be required in the relevant application. You remain responsible for the final decision to publish or respond.
4. Acceptable use
You must own or have permission to use submitted content and comply with applicable law, intellectual-property rights, each connected platform's terms and community rules. You must not use Moveez for illegal, deceptive, abusive or unsolicited activity, unauthorized surveillance, scraping, spam or attempts to bypass platform restrictions.
5. Platform integrations
Access depends on third-party APIs, reviews, permissions, rate limits and product availability. Platform providers may change, restrict or discontinue functionality. TikTok, Meta, Facebook, Instagram, Google, Fanvue and other platform names are third-party trademarks; Moveez is not endorsed by those companies unless expressly stated.
6. Availability and changes
The service may be modified, suspended or interrupted for maintenance, security, compliance or technical reasons. Continuous or error-free availability is not guaranteed.
7. Data protection
Our handling of personal information is described in the privacy policy. Do not submit credentials or sensitive information through public contact channels.
8. Suspension
Access may be restricted or terminated where necessary to protect users, platforms or the service, or where use violates these terms, applicable law or platform policies.
